1. Prepare 60g of Morinda officinalis, 45g of Cistanche deserticola, 33g of Eucommia ulmoides, 20g of ginseng, 18g of velvet antler slices, 1 pair of geckos, 30g of Dipsacus asper, 15g of Drynaria fortunei, 75g of crystal sugar, and 1kg of 50-proof rice wine for later use;

2. Bake and slice the ginseng, remove impurities from wolfberry, and put them together with all the Chinese medicines into a gauze bag and tie it for later use;

3. Pour the white wine into the jar, put the gauze bag containing the Chinese medicine into the wine, cover and seal it, and soak it for 10-15 days.

4. Put the rock sugar into the pot, heat it with appropriate amount of water until it boils, and when it turns yellow, filter it with gauze to remove the residue while it is still hot;

5. Stir once a day until the medicinal taste is completely gone. Take out the medicine bag, filter out the sediment with a fine cloth, add rock sugar and stir well. Let it stand and filter. It is ready to drink when it is clear. (Effects: Strengthens yang, strengthens waist and nourishes kidneys. Suitable for men with weak waist and knees. Can also be used for women with low libido, low blood pressure, weak waist, etc.)
