It is used to treat stomach disharmony, cold and heat, hardness and distension under the heart, nausea and vomiting, intestinal rumbling, loss of appetite, and fatigue.

3. Waist-strengthening and kidney-tonifying wine

Recipe: 60 grams of Morinda officinalis, 45 grams of Cistanche deserticola, 33 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 20 grams of ginseng, 18 grams of deer antler slices, 1 pair of Gecko, 30 grams of Dipsacus asper, 15 grams of Drynaria fortunei, and 75 grams of rock sugar.

Method: 1 kg of 50-proof rice wine. Soak for 1 month.

Efficacy: Strengthens yang, strengthens waist and nourishes kidneys. Suitable for men with weak waist and knees, impotence; can also be used for women with low libido, low blood pressure, sore waist and weakness.

Dosage: 10 ml each time.

Contraindications: Patients with cold, fever, ulcer, respiratory disease and liver disease should not take it. People with high blood pressure should not drink it. Use with caution in patients with chronic inflammation.
