What are the contraindications of taking Lingzhi?

In our lives, many people pay more and more attention to physical health. At this time, they will use the effects of some Chinese herbal medicines to replenish the nutrients lost in the body. When it comes to Ganoderma lucidum, everyone must be familiar with it. It is a very precious and very good Chinese medicinal material in life, and it has great benefits for the human body. Therefore, we need to know more about it. So, what are the taboos of taking Lingzhi?

Ganoderma lucidum can preserve soup, so it must be put in a small amount. It is best to stew it with a pair of chicken. It cannot be eaten in summer because it is too hot and people are afraid of getting a sore throat. Ganoderma lucidum, whose full name is Ganoderma lucidum, according to my country's first medicine monograph "Shennong's Herbal Classic", there are six types of Ganoderma lucidum: purple, red, green, yellow, white and black. However, modern literature and specimens seen are mostly the whole plant of Ganoderma lucidum or Ganoderma lucidum of the Polymycetes family. Sweet and mild in nature. Ganoderma lucidum mainly contains ergosterol, organic acids, glucosamine, polysaccharides, resins, mannitol and polysaccharides, as well as bioalkaloids, lactones, coumarins, water-soluble proteins and various enzymes.

Animal pharmacology experiments show that Ganoderma lucidum has an inhibitory effect on the nervous system, lowers blood pressure and strengthens cardiac contractility on the circulatory system, and has an expectorant effect on the respiratory system. In addition, it also has liver protection, immune function enhancement, and antibacterial effects. It is mainly used to treat fatigue, cough, asthma, insomnia, indigestion, malignant tumors, etc. The Shennong's Herbal Classic lists Ganoderma lucidum as a top-grade product, saying that purple Ganoderma lucidum "cures deafness, benefits joints, protects the spirit and improves essence, strengthens tendons and bones, improves complexion, and long-term consumption makes the body light and prolongs life." It also says that red Ganoderma lucidum "cures chest knots, benefits heart qi, replenishes the middle and increases wisdom and memory, and long-term consumption makes the body light and prolongs life and becomes immortal.

In recent years, the research on Ganoderma Lucidum has sprung up like mushrooms after rain, and there are many clinical reports, which can be summarized into the following aspects:

(1) Treatment of chronic bronchitis: Take Ganoderma lucidum tablets, 3 times a day, 1 tablet each time (the content is equivalent to 0.5 grams of the raw drug), or use Ganoderma lucidum tincture (20% concentration), 3 times a day, 10 ml each time (the daily amount is equivalent to 6 grams of the raw drug). Generally, it takes 15 to 30 days for the treatment to begin to take effect.

(2) Treatment of bronchial asthma: Children should be given an intramuscular injection of 1 to 2 ml (each ml contains 0.5 to 1 gram of crude drug) daily for about 1 month.

(3) Treat leukocytopenia. 52 cases of leukocytopenia caused by chemical, physical, drug and chronic diseases have been treated. The recent effective rate is 84.6%, and the average total white blood cell count has increased to 1028/cubic millimeter. A course of treatment is 10 to 20 days.

(4) Treatment of coronary heart disease: The relief rate for angina pectoris, precordial fullness, or tightness is about 72%, and the improvement rate for symptoms such as palpitations and shortness of breath is about 65%. More than half of the patients reported that their appetite, sleep, and spirits improved during the medication period, and the medication had a good effect in lowering blood triglycerides.

(5) Treatment of arrhythmias: In the process of using Ganoderma lucidum to treat coronary heart disease, it was found that as the coronary heart disease improved, the accompanying arrhythmias also improved and disappeared. Therefore, Ganoderma lucidum injection was used to treat various arrhythmias and achieved certain results.

(6) It is more effective in treating acute viral hepatitis than traditional "liver protection" drugs. In addition, it is also used to treat atrophic gastritis, malignant tumors, etc. It can be seen from this that most of the diseases that can be treated with Ganoderma lucidum are senile, stubborn and degenerative diseases.

Two points should be noted when taking:

(1) Grind into powder or soak in wine for oral administration, 2 to 3 grams each time. Nowadays, it is mostly changed to tablets, 3 to 4 tablets each time, 3 times a day, or injection, intramuscular injection, 1 to 2 times a day. Avoid excessive dosage, as experiments have shown that excessive dosage may cause side effects and may even kill animals.

(2) Long-term use. If you want to cure a disease, it usually takes more than 1 month. If you want to prevent aging and prolong life, you should take the medicine for more than 3 months, stop for 3 months, and then take it again. This intermittent medication method will have a better effect.

Whether it is Ganoderma lucidum or other Chinese medicinal materials, there are taboos in consumption, which everyone needs to understand clearly. Because these medicinal herbs have great effects on the human body, it is even more necessary for everyone to understand them. This is to prevent other problems from occurring when the product is not effectively consumed due to lack of understanding. Therefore, it is recommended that you learn more about Ganoderma lucidum.
