Is it good to eat Cordyceps sinensis?

Recently, there is a new way to eat Cordyceps sinensis, which subverts the traditional way of taking it and is to eat it by holding it in the mouth. Taking Cordyceps sinensis orally means concentrating the most essential parts, processing them into lozenges, and then holding them under the tongue to achieve comprehensive and rapid absorption. After all, in the traditional way of eating, the human body cannot absorb all of it, and most of it will be excreted. This method of holding it in the mouth can not only ensure the absorption of the medicinal effects, but also exert its medicinal effects on the digestive system such as the mouth and throat. Therefore, it is better to hold Cordyceps sinensis in the mouth.

Cordyceps sinensis, also known as Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps sinensis, is my country's unique and precious traditional strong and nourishing medicinal material. It is mainly produced in the high-altitude and cold areas of Qinghai at an altitude of 3500-5000 meters. It is known as one of the three major tonics of Chinese medicine along with ginseng and deer antler. Cordyceps sinensis is a complex of bat moth larvae and can be used as both medicine and food. As the name suggests, "Cordyceps sinensis" is both a worm and a grass. It is actually a symbiosis of the cordyceps fungus and the larvae of the bat moth. In summer and autumn, after moth larvae are infected with Cordyceps, the fungus divides, reproduces and absorbs nutrients in the larvae, developing into mycelium, the "winter worms". In April and May at the turn of spring and summer, the climate warms up and mature fungi break out of the soil, which is the "Cordyceps".

Cordyceps sinensis is a traditional precious medicinal tonic in my country. It is mild in nature and sweet in taste. It has the functions of nourishing the lungs and kidneys, relieving cough, replenishing deficiency, and nourishing essence and qi. According to clinical research reports, Cordyceps sinensis has ten major functions: ① antibacterial, ② immune regulation, ③ anti-cancer, ④ anti-inflammatory, ⑤ kidney nourishing, ⑥ increasing adrenal cortisol content, ⑦ anti-arrhythmia, ⑧ anti-fatigue, ⑨ expectorant and antiasthmatic, ⑩ sedative and hypnotic.

Although Cordyceps sinensis is a very good tonic medicine, when taking it, you should avoid eating high-fat, spicy and pungent foods such as meat and fish. People with a hot constitution or high fever diseases should not eat it. If you take too much Cordyceps sinensis, it will do more harm than good and will aggravate the condition, leading to symptoms such as irritability, flushed face, and getting angry. Therefore, it is necessary to take it scientifically and in accordance with the condition.
