Xuzhou is second, with a production of up to 30%. The burdock has a black skin and average strip shape, but the meat is of good quality. There are many local deep-processing enterprises for domestic sales. Due to the surge in sales in the past two years, driven by products such as burdock tea and five-element vegetable soup, the total sales of burdock in Xuzhou is second only to Cangshan. Anqiu has only started planting burdock in recent years, and it is basically not exported locally. Most burdocks must be sold through Cangshan or Xuzhou. The quality of the burdock is average, and it is more likely to have hollow chaff and other phenomena. The burdock produced in Cangshan base should be the first choice for storage. No matter the shape, texture or color, they are all of superior quality and can get a lot of extra points when leaving the warehouse. Although golden burdock is more expensive and has beautiful color, its export quality requirements are strict and it is the most difficult to store. It is easy to rot and crack, so it is not recommended to store it in large quantities.
