The Ministry of Water Resources and the China Meteorological Administration jointly issued a meteorological warning for flash floods at 18:00 on the 29th: It is expected that from 20:00 on the 29th to 20:00 on the 30th, there is a high possibility of flash floods in parts of southwestern Zhejiang, northern Fujian, northeastern Jiangxi, western Xinjiang, etc. (yellow warning), and there is a high possibility of flash floods in some local areas (orange warning).
