JD Logistics released its 2024 annual performance report, with full-year revenue reaching 182.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.7%, and fourth-quarter revenue reaching 52.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.4%. Among them, revenue from external customers in 2024 was 127.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.6%, accounting for nearly 70% of total revenue, and has served more than 80,000 external integrated supply chain customers.

Data shows that in 2024, JD Logistics' full-year adjusted net profit reached 7.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 186.8%.

By the end of 2024, JD Logistics will have more than 100 bonded warehouses, direct mail warehouses and overseas warehouses, with a total management area of ​​more than 1 million square meters. Overseas warehouses have covered 19 countries and regions around the world.

As the only private enterprise in the industry that has signed formal labor contracts with all front-line employees and continues to pay "five insurances and one fund", as of the end of 2024, more than 1,200 front-line employees have retired honorably from JD Logistics and lived a life with old-age care, medical care, and compensation for injuries.
