State Post Bureau: The total delivery time for express delivery services in Q2 2023 is 53.99 hours, and SF Express ranks first in public satisfaction

Recently, the State Post Bureau released the results of the express service satisfaction survey and timeliness test for the second quarter of 2023. SF Express ranked first with high scores in both public satisfaction and 72-hour punctuality .

It is understood that the monitoring targets in 2023 include 9 express service brands, namely: Postal Express, SF Express, ZTO Express, YTO Express, Yunda Express, STO Express, JD Express, Deppon Express and Jitu Express.

The survey covers 50 cities, including municipalities, provincial capitals and 19 cities with large express delivery business volumes.

The survey shows that the public satisfaction score of user express delivery services in the second quarter of 2023 was 81.8 points, up 3.3 points year-on-year. In terms of brand public satisfaction, the brands with higher scores are SF Express, JD Express, and Postal Express.

The test found that the total delivery time for express delivery in the second quarter of 2023 was 53.99 hours, 8.98 hours shorter than the same period last year. The 72-hour punctuality rate was 84.22%, an increase of 10.65 percentage points year-on-year.

Judging from the 72-hour punctuality rate, the brands with higher punctuality rates are SF Express, Postal Express and ZTO Express.

2023 is the 30th anniversary of SF Express. Since the second quarter of this year, on the basis of having already achieved full door-to-door delivery, SF Express has expanded the scope of "compensation for failure to deliver to the door" to more than 600 cities across the country.
