JD Logistics Financial Report: In Q3 2022, JD Logistics' revenue was 35.77 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.9%

JD Logistics recently released its third-quarter financial report on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The report shows that JD Logistics' third-quarter revenue was 35.77 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.9% ; net loss was 287.3 million yuan; adjusted net profit reached 450 million yuan.

In addition, JD Logistics and Deppon were consolidated for the first time in this quarter’s financial report . Among them, external customer revenue reached 24.87 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 67.8%, and external revenue accounted for 70%.

Revenue increased by 38.9% from RMB25.7 billion in the third quarter of 2021 to RMB35.8 billion in the same period of 2022. The increase in the Group's total revenue was driven by a 6.6% increase in revenue from integrated supply chain customers and a 102.8% increase in revenue from other customers. The Group became one of the first logistics companies to access the "Yinxuda" service on the Douyin e-commerce platform, providing Douyin users with high-quality delivery services such as door-to-door delivery.

On August 31, 2022, the Group obtained the CCAR-121 Air Carrier Operation Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, marking the official operation of JD Logistics Aviation. As of now, the self-owned all-cargo routes from Nantong to Beijing have been officially put into operation. As of September 30, 2022, the Group operates more than 1,500 warehouses. Including the management area of ​​the cloud warehouse ecological platform, the Group's warehousing network management area exceeds 30 million square meters.
