Dataotuan: China's group buying market data in January 2012

Dataotuan is a domestic group buying aggregation website. It recently released some data on the Chinese group buying market in January 2012, such as market share data, transaction volume data of each group buying website, and data on the types of goods sold.

Movie ticket group purchase ranked the highest, accounting for 13.4%. Catering services, such as hot pot and barbecue, ranked second, accounting for 12.4%. Leisure travel (9.7%), other catering (5.1%) and photography (4.7%) ranked third to fifth.
