[Source] Medicinal material source: the tuberous roots and whole herb of the orchid plant Ophiopogon japonicus.

[Original form] Forked-lip orchid, perennial herb, 10-75cm tall. The tuber is small, nearly spherical and fleshy. The stem is slender, with 3-4 leaves in the middle. The leaves are linear-lanceolate, with an acute or acuminate tip.
