[Original form] Drosera round-leaved is a small perennial herb. The stem is short. Leaves are basal and dense; petioles are flat, 1-6 cm long; stipules are membranous, about 6 mm long, and 5-7 lobed in the upper half; leaf blades are round or oblate, 3-9 mm long, 5-12 mm wide, with long capitate sticky glandular hairs on the edges, the glandular hairs on the upper side are shorter, and the lower side is often hairless. Spirocymes are axillary; peduncles are slender, 8-20cm long, with 3-8 flowers, small, subulate bracts, pedicels 1-3mm long; calyx 5-lobed at the top, lobes ovate or narrowly ovate, with small glandular teeth on the margin; petals 5, white, about 5-6mm long, spoon-shaped; stamens 5, 4-5mm long; ovary ellipsoidal, about 3mm long, 1-chambered, styles 3, each 2-lobed to the base. Capsule locules split into 3. There are many seeds, which are ellipsoidal, with loose and cystic outer seed coats, and gradually pointed at both ends. The flowering period is from June to September, and the fruiting period is from September to November.
