The prescription uses aconite, which is pungent and hot, to warm the yang and dispel the cold; asarum, which is dispersing and dispelling, removes the cold and relieves stagnation; rhubarb, with the pungent and warm properties of aconite and asarum, suppresses its coldness and specifically cleanses the intestines and stomach, eliminating the stagnation of cold. use

①Abdominal pain.

② The intercostal neuralgia is slightly tender, the abdominal strength is moderate, the bowel movement is regular every 4-5 days, the tongue is moist without coating, and the pulse is strong and powerful. Take this prescription and you will be cured in 25 days;

③ Meniere's syndrome is a common disease with symptoms of severe dizziness, vomiting of phlegm, distension and pain 2 inches below the navel, clear and watery diarrhea, poor appetite, dry mouth and thirst, pale tongue, thick and sticky white tongue coating, and slow and slippery pulse. First, the patient was treated with Zexie Decoction combined with Erchen Decoction with added ingredients for dizziness caused by phlegm and fluid, but it was ineffective. After observing the tongue and referring to the pain below the navel, I realized that this was yang deficiency and cold accumulation, blockage of the three burners, failure of the clear yang to rise and the turbid yin to descend. I changed the prescription and added 6g of ginseng. After taking 4 doses, all symptoms were relieved.
