[Source] Medicinal material source: limb bones of the serow of the bovidae family.

[Original form] Serow, medium-sized, 1.4-1.7m in length, 9-11cm in tail length, 1.1m in shoulder height, and can weigh up to 120kg. The ears are wide and there is a mane on the back of the neck. The tip of the snout is exposed, and both males and females have horns. The male horns are larger, up to 20 cm long, thick at the base and pointed at the tip, and all have ring edges except the tip. The whole body is black with a slight brown tint, the upper and lower lips are white, and the back of the ears are black-brown. The abdomen and groin are dark brown, and the tip of the tail is black. The hair angles vary greatly among individuals.

[Habitat distribution] Ecological environment: It lives on stone cliffs at an altitude of about 3000m. It is good at jumping, lives alone, and has a strong character.

[Properties] Characteristics identification: the bones are long and thick, often with hooves, and the front and rear limbs are composed of 3 sections, each section is slightly curved. The upper and middle segments of the forelimbs are each about 26cm long, while the lower segment is thinner and shorter. The upper segment of the hind limb is about 30cm long, the middle segment is about 35cm long, and the lower segment is also shorter. The appearance is grayish white.
