The petiole of the basal leaves is 3-7cm long, the blade is ovate, with irregular fine teeth, undivided or with small lobes at the base; the stem leaves are similar to the basal leaves, but larger, often ear-shaped at the base, with long petioles and enlarged bases; the leaves growing on the twigs are rectangular, 8-15cm long, undivided, gradually narrowed at the base, and do not embrace the stem. The raceme is erect, terminal or lateral, gradually extending upward when flowering, with a pedicel 1-2cm long; 4 petals, white with light yellow in between, large and prominent; sepals lanceolate, green, transparent on the edges, with prominent veins, gradually narrowing at the base into a petiole; 6 stamens, 4 long and 2 short, the long stamens are 9mm long, the short stamens are 8mm long; 1 pistil, the ovary is cylindrical, the style is slightly thin, and the stigma is capitate. The silique is 3-9 cm long, with the tip sharply contracted into a long beak. The flowering period is March-April, and the fruiting period is April-May.
