[Identification] Physical and chemical identification (1) Take 1g of crude powder of this product, add 10ml of ethanol, soak overnight and filter. The filtrate was evaporated to dryness, and the residue was dissolved in 4 ml of dilute hydrochloric acid and filtered. Take 1 ml of the filtrate and add 2 drops of improved potassium bismuth iodide test solution to produce an orange precipitate; add 2 drops of potassium mercuric iodide test solution to produce a large amount of yellow-white precipitate (check for bioalkali) (2) Place a fresh section of a piece of this product under ultraviolet light (254 nm) for observation. The outer side appears yellow and the middle part appears light blue-purple.

【Nature and flavor】 Bitter; Cold

【Functions and indications】 Clears away heat and detoxifies; disperses blood stasis and relieves pain. Mainly used for upper respiratory tract infection, pharyngitis, carbuncle, stomachache, gastroenteritis, toothache, neuralgia, traumatic injury

[Clinical application] Qiangui Qianjinteng injection contains 15 mg of total alkaloids of Qiangui Qianjinteng, which is made into 1000 ml of injection. Take the crude powder of Qiangui Qianjinteng and percolate it with 80% ethanol according to the percolation method, recover the ethanol from the percolated liquid and concentrate it to obtain an extract, add 10% sulfuric acid to dissolve, adjust the pH to 1-2, refrigerate, filter, extract the filtrate with chloroform several times, discard the chloroform layer, add concentrated ammonia water to the acid water layer to adjust the pH to 9, extract with chloroform, recover the chloroform, evaporate to dryness to obtain total biological alkali, add potassium hydroxide methanol solution, adjust to pH 11, add iodomethane (1:1) and reflux for 1 hour, recover methanol, evaporate to dryness in a water bath to obtain total alkali iodide methyl quaternary ammonium salt, add an appropriate amount of water for injection, adjust the pH to 3.5 with dilute hydrochloric acid, add 0.2% activated carbon, boil, filter, add water for injection to the filtrate to the full amount, fine filter, encapsulate, and sterilize. This product is a yellow-brown clear liquid. Take this injection solution and evaporate it in a water bath, add anhydrous ethanol to dissolve it, filter it, evaporate the ethanol, and then dissolve it in water for the following test: adding silver nitrate test solution to the aqueous solution produces a light yellow precipitate; adding potassium bismuth iodide test solution to the aqueous solution produces a reddish brown precipitate. Function: It is a neuromuscular blocking drug and has a relaxant effect on skeletal muscle. Used as an adjuvant for general anesthesia. Intravenous injection. Dosage for combined use with Chinese anesthesia: 0.11-0.45 ml/kg; Dosage for combined use with acupuncture anesthesia: 0.23-0.4 ml/kg. Add 20 ml of 5% glucose during use.
