[Original morphology] A shrub of Eurya pubescens, 2-3mm high, with cylindrical branches and fine hairs. The leaves are alternate and leathery; the petioles are slightly hairy; the leaf blades are oblong-elliptical, 4-8cm long, 1.5-3cm wide, with sharp tips, cuneate bases, and finely serrated edges. Flowers are unisexual and dioecious; flowers are white, 2-5 in axillary; sepals are nearly round, with fine hairs on the underside; male flower petals are obovate, with 15 stamens, and the style is about 1mm long and 3-parted. The fruit is spherical, with a diameter of 4-5mm.
