[Original morphology] The plant height is 15 to 30 cm. Rhizome short, ascending obliquely. The petioles are clustered, 10 to 30 cm long, shiny, the same brown chestnut color as the midaxis, and sparsely covered with lanceolate scales at the bottom. The leaves are sub-leathery, triangular-oblong or triangular-elliptical, 5-30 cm long, 4-15 cm wide, pinnately divided 3 times, with pinnae opposite, sessile, the lower pinnae being the largest, with its base extending downward toward the pinnae, becoming more deeply fissured, the apex gradually pointed, and the back of the leaves covered with white powder.
