The raceme is slightly loose, growing at the end of the stem and branches, thus forming a panicle, 10-15cm long; the bracts are subulate, the same length as the pedicels or slightly shorter; the pedicels are 2-4(6)mm long; the calyx is 3.5-4mm long, 5-lobed, splitting nearly to the base, the lobes are lanceolate, acuminate, and ciliate on the edges; the corolla is white, campanulate, 5-6mm long, the basal connate part is about 1.5mm long, 5-lobed, the lobes are ligulate-oblong, about 1.5mm wide, and often have dark purple glandular stripes; the stamens are included, 5 in number, the filaments are adnate to the base of the corolla lobes, the separated part is about 0.5mm long, the anthers are linear, about 1.2mm long, and there are red thick glands at the tip of the connective; the ovary is glabrous, and the style is about 2mm long. The capsule is spherical, about 3mm in diameter. The flowering period is May-June, and the fruiting period is June-July.
