1. Steamed pear with Fritillaria

1. Prepare materials

3 pears, 15 grams of Fritillaria, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.

2. Method

After washing the pears, cut the upper 1/4 of the pear horizontally, use the upper part as a lid, dig out the pear core and set aside.

Crush the Fritillaria into powder and put each into 3 pears. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and cover with pear lids.
