The capsule is nearly spherical, with a diameter of 7-8mm, the calyx is persistent, and it increases significantly during the fruiting period. The seeds are crescent-shaped to semi-circular and densely covered with tubercles. The flowering period is March-April, and the fruiting period is August-September.
