Sheehan's syndrome caused by shock due to postpartum hemorrhage is mainly manifested by fatigue, amenorrhea, and weight loss, which is caused by hypopituitarism. Patients with acromegaly caused by hyperpituitarism also often feel fatigue and weakness in the limbs.

The most obvious fatigue and weakness are seen in patients with myasthenia gravis. Due to the patient's neuromuscular conduction disorder, their skeletal muscles are extremely easy to fatigue. After a little activity, they quickly become weak. Continuous and rapid movements are more likely to cause fatigue. The feeling of fatigue is often lighter in the morning and heavier in the evening. Fatigue can be relieved after supplementing with potassium chloride.
