Danshen and Chuanxiongqin are medicines for treating cardiovascular diseases. However, the causes of cardiovascular diseases such as angina pectoris and coronary heart disease are not the same, so patients cannot take medicines without authorization. Moreover, everyone's physical condition is different, and the absorption and adaptation degree of the medicine will not be the same. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination and follow the doctor's medication arrangements after understanding the cause of the disease.

7 Pharmacokinetics

The main ingredients are danshensu and ligustrazine hydrochloride. After intravenous drip, the drug is completely absorbed in the body and widely distributed, mainly in organs such as the heart, brain, lungs, liver, gallbladder, spleen, small intestine and kidneys. Among them, the drug concentration is highest in tissues and organs with rich blood flow such as the heart, brain, lungs and liver. It can quickly pass through the blood-brain barrier and persist in the brain tissue. The drug is cleared quickly, mainly through biotransformation, with most of it excreted through the kidneys in the urine and very little in the feces. When the body is in a pathological state, the distribution rate and total clearance rate in the body can be significantly reduced, the half-life can be prolonged, and the bioavailability can be significantly enhanced.

The heart is the most important organ in the human body, so you must be cautious when using heart-related medicines and follow your doctor's instructions. The price of drugs such as Danshen and Chuanxiongqin is relatively not very cheap, and it will vary according to specifications and packaging quantities. It must also be stored properly during use.
