The efficacy of leeches

The efficacy of leeches

In life, there are many inconspicuous small insects and microorganisms that are actually good things and precious medicinal materials. They have unexpected effects on the treatment of certain difficult and complicated diseases. Like some geckos, scorpions, leeches and so on. Geckos can not only repel mosquitoes, but can also be used as a special medicine to treat diseases. The same goes for leeches, which are very practical. Leeches look a bit like eels. The dried products can be used to make medicines that are very effective in treating injuries, amenorrhea, hypertension, etc.

Leeches have strong survival abilities and can survive naturally in rivers, deep ditches, channels and other places. They are mostly caught naturally, but in recent years, due to various construction industries, various environmental pollutions, various air pollutions and other factors, the production of leeches has been greatly reduced.

Leeches, commonly known as leeches, grow and reproduce in inland freshwater areas. They are traditional Chinese special medicinal aquatic animals. Their dried products are used as Chinese medicine after soaking. They have the effects of treating stroke, hypertension, clearing blood stasis, amenorrhea, and traumatic injuries. In recent years, it has been discovered that leech preparations are particularly effective in preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and fighting cancer. In the past, leeches were mainly caught naturally. However, due to the abuse of pesticides and fertilizers in recent years, as well as the pollution of the environment by the "three wastes" of industry and agriculture, wild natural resources have been sharply reduced. With the in-depth development of the medicinal value of leeches, its market demand potential is huge. Around 1995, natural seedlings were captured in southern China and artificial breeding was successful for the first time. The northern region has not been breeding due to seedling and technical reasons.

1. Blood stasis, amenorrhea, and accumulation of lumps. This product is salty and bitter in taste and enters the blood, and has strong ability to break up blood and remove blood stasis. It is mainly used for symptoms such as blood stasis, amenorrhea, and accumulation of tumors. It is often used together with horseflies, and is also often used with other medicines such as Trillium, Curcuma, Peach Kernel, and Safflower, such as Didang Decoction (Treatise on Febrile Diseases). If the patient is also physically weak, it can be used with other medicines such as ginseng and angelica to replenish qi and blood, such as Huazheng Huisheng Dan (Treatise on Warm Diseases).

2. Traumatic injuries, heart and abdominal pain. This product is also commonly used for injuries due to its ability to break up blood and remove blood stasis. It can be used in combination with other medicinal materials such as Sophora japonica and natural copper, such as the Bone-setting Fire Dragon Pill (Puji Fang). For the treatment of internal blood stasis, heart and abdominal pain, and constipation, it is combined with rhubarb and morning glory seeds, such as Du Ming San (Ji Sheng Fang).

I believe everyone has understood the effects of leeches through the above introduction. Leeches are a kind of excellent and precious medicinal material. They have a good therapeutic effect on female symptoms such as irregular menstruation and amenorrhea. Obese people are prone to high blood pressure, and leeches also have a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of high blood pressure. Children are naughty and like to make trouble, so leeches are generally surprisingly effective in treating bruises and injuries.
