effect

The main active ingredient in Coriolus versicolor is Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide, which has immunomodulatory function and is a good immunopotentiator. It has the effects of enhancing the function and recognition ability of immune cells and increasing the amount of IgM. Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide also has liver-protecting effects, can significantly reduce serum transaminase, and has a significant repair effect on liver tissue lesions and liver necrosis.

Cultivation technology of Coriolus versicolor

Yunzhi is cold in nature, slightly sweet in taste, and has the effects of clearing heat and reducing inflammation. Modern medical research shows that polysaccharides extracted from the fruiting bodies, mycelium and fermentation broth of Coriolus versicolor have strong anti-cancer activity and have become an anti-tumor drug in Japan. In addition to being used for hepatitis, it has also been tried in the prevention and treatment of liver cancer, with satisfactory results. It has good therapeutic effects on chronic bronchitis, chronic active hepatitis, etc. China has developed preparations such as "Yunzhi Liver Peptide" for clinical use. There are abundant wild resources of Yunzhi and it is easy to cultivate it artificially. It can be cultivated artificially according to market demand.

Growing conditions

1. Temperature: Mycelium is highly adaptable and can grow at 3~31℃, with the optimum temperature being 25~28℃; the optimum growth temperature for fruiting bodies is 25~30℃.

2. Humidity: For log cultivation, the moisture content needs to be 42%~47%; for bag material cultivation, the moisture content of the culture medium is about 60%. When fruiting bodies occur, the relative humidity of the air is required to be 85%~90%. If it is lower than 80% or higher than 95%, the growth will be poor.

3. Air: Versicolor is an aerobic fungus. In a well-ventilated environment, the mycelium grows rapidly and the fruiting bodies develop healthily.

4. Light: Mycelium does not require light to grow, but fruiting bodies require the stimulation of scattered light, and the fruiting bodies have the characteristic of growing towards light.

5. Acidity and alkalinity: It prefers an acidic environment and grows well at pH 4~5.6.
