(3)Chicken stewed with ginseng. Take about 30 grams of fresh wild ginseng and about 30 grams of dried astragalus. Put the ginseng and astragalus in the chicken's stomach. Put the chicken in a porcelain bowl, seal it, and simmer it in water. After the chicken is deboned, eat it every morning and evening. It will be finished in about 7 days.

(4) Ginseng glutinous rice chicken. Add about 30 grams of fresh wild ginseng, about 30 grams of dried astragalus, 6 to 10 dates, and 100 to 150 grams of glutinous rice. Put the ginseng, astragalus and dates into a chicken's stomach. Put the chicken in a porcelain bowl, seal it, and simmer it in water. After the chicken is deboned, eat it every morning and evening. It will take about 7 days to finish.
