The proportion of mulberry, wolfberry and jujube in wine

Mulberries, wolfberries and jujubes are all ingredients that have the effect of removing moisture from the body, strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach. They are especially suitable for women who are in their menstrual period. They can effectively resist the cold and protect the health of the uterus. For Chinese people, drinking white wine is a long-standing habit. White wine can often be found on Chinese tables. Traditional white wine is too spicy, so many people like to add mulberries, wolfberries and dates when making wine to nourish the stomach. So how should the proportions of mulberry, wolfberry and jujube be allocated when making wine?

1. Add 200-300 grams of mulberries to 1000 grams of rice wine, and so on. Generally, it can be consumed (warm) after 7-10 days of brewing.

2. Soak 500 grams of fresh and ripe mulberries and 1000 ml of rice wine for 1-2 months, twice a day, 1 small cup each time. It can be used as an auxiliary treatment for anemia or arthritis.

3. 100 grams of mulberries and 500 grams of rice wine. Place the mulberries in the rice wine, seal and soak for 1 week, then take according to the dosage. It can nourish yin and promote diuresis, and is suitable for yin deficiency edema, difficulty urinating, joint pain, thirst, paleness, etc.

Mulberries taste sweet and sour, are slightly cold in nature, and enter the heart, liver, and kidney meridians. They are a good fruit for nourishing the body, nourishing the heart, and improving intelligence. It has the effects of nourishing blood and yin, promoting fluid and quenching thirst, and moistening the intestines. The effects of wolfberry: nourishing the kidney and improving essence, nourishing the liver and improving eyesight, nourishing blood and calming the mind, promoting fluid and quenching thirst, moistening the lungs and relieving cough. It can cure symptoms such as liver and kidney yin deficiency, soreness of waist and knees, dizziness, blurred vision, excessive tears, consumptive cough, thirst, and spermatorrhea. Red dates have the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, replenishing qi and blood, nourishing blood and calming the mind, and alleviating the properties of medicine. It can also enhance human immunity and resist allergies. Drinking them together in wine can nourish the kidneys and essence, nourish the heart and blood, improve eyesight and calm the mind, and strengthen the body.

Mulberry and wolfberry wine can relieve hair loss and also make old hair darker. Mulberries can also be soaked in wine with ginseng. Mulberry seeds: tonify deficiency and replenish qi. Ginseng: greatly replenish vital energy, restore pulse and consolidate, tonify the spleen and lungs, produce body fluid, and calm the mind. Ginseng, mulberry and wolfberry can be soaked in wine to treat sore legs caused by spleen and stomach deficiency, but I have never soaked them in wine before, so I am not sure about the specific usage and dosage. I suggest you ask at a pharmacy to avoid drug poisoning.
