Fujusan has side effects

Fujusan has side effects

As for Fu Ju San, relatively few people know about it. In fact, Fujusan is a traditional Chinese medicine whose main function is to remove moisture. But there are many reasons for moisture, such as rainy weather and not drying your hair before sleeping. If we want to remove dampness, we can also regulate it by taking Chinese medicine. Let me introduce it in detail below.

When it comes to moisture, we have to talk about the causes of moisture.

Dampness refers to a heavy, turbid evil that belongs to the Yin. When dampness causes disease, clinical manifestations often feature a feeling of heaviness. Dampness is the main Qi in the summer, so there are many damp diseases in the long summer. The generation of moisture can be roughly divided into two factors. Dampness can be divided into internal dampness and external dampness.

External dampness.

External dampness is related to the seasonal climate and environment. For example, continuous rain, living in a foggy and humid place for a long time, wading in water and getting wet in the rain, working on water, etc., are all prone to being affected by dampness.

External dampness can be divided into two categories:

① Damage caused by dampness: dampness causes damage to the exterior, which is called exterior dampness syndrome. Common symptoms include. No thirst in the mouth, white and slippery tongue coating, floating and slow pulse, aversion to cold and fever, heavy head and body, fatigue, chest tightness, treatment should be to relieve the exterior and eliminate dampness.

② Dampness and arthralgia: also known as arthralgia. Dampness invades the meridians, causing soreness and heaviness in the joints, or even difficulty in turning or swelling. The treatment should be to remove dampness and unblock the meridians.

The following can relieve internal dampness:

1. Coix seeds 2. Adzuki beans 3. Inula japonica 4. Lotus leaves 5. Portulaca oleracea, Sophora japonica 6. Pueraria root 7. Chicory

These can target various symptoms of internal dampness, such as dampness in the joints and meridians. Xianmai Inula flower, also known as the small black medicine, has a good effect on dampness in the joints and meridians. For stubborn obesity caused by moisture, you can choose lotus leaves, which can clear moisture and have a good effect on stubborn obesity caused by moisture.

As for external moisture, what we should pay attention to in our daily life is that we should blow dry our hair after washing it before going to bed. Why? This is because the moisture from sleeping with wet hair evaporates very slowly and will gradually be absorbed by the scalp, which will make you sleepy and have headaches over time. Try to avoid sleeping on the floor and keep warm in rainy and cold weather. When exposed to the sun during the day, moisture will be emitted from the surface at night and the body will gradually absorb it.

Dampness

Internal dampness is caused by the spleen failing to function properly, which results in impaired water transport and transformation, and dampness generated from within. Generally, external dampness causes diseases of the skin and meridians, while internal dampness can easily cause diseases of the internal organs. A bad spleen and stomach will affect the functioning of the body's organs and gradually spread to the internal organs. If one prospers, all prosper; if one suffers, all suffer. In this case, we should regulate the spleen, stomach, and other internal organs.

1. Amomum villosum and chicken's gizzard lining: They can strengthen the spleen and stomach. Most people who suffer from dampness will definitely have their digestive system affected, and they will not want to eat, or eat very little.

2. Chinese yam, Poria cocos and Euryale ferox: they can effectively improve kidney function. It is very useful for people with abnormal dampness to eat more Chinese yam.

3. Chrysanthemum and honeysuckle: can soothe wind and calm the liver, clear away heat and detoxify. Without toxins, the whole body appearance will be greatly improved.

4. Lily: moistens the lungs and relieves coughs. People with dampness will have dry retching and excessive phlegm. Lily can moisten the lungs and relieve coughs very well.
