Generally, it should be taken at meal times every day, that is, three times a day, morning, noon and evening, with warm water on an empty stomach before meals. Taking the Lamolilamaca from Yuese Red and Blue as an example, you can take it 3 times a day, 1-2 tablets each time.

When stewing chicken, duck, meat, ribs, soup, etc., add 10 grams of maca slices/2000ml soup 30 minutes before stopping the fire, and drink 50ml/day;

Slice maca and mix with liquor, soak in 42-56% liquor at a weight (g): volume (ml) ratio of 1:20 for 2 weeks, drink 25ml/day; the soaked maca slices can continue to be consumed according to usage 1;
