The mistletoe stands in the wilderness for thirty years against the wind and grows in the rain, day after day, year after year, but it has never been noticed by everyone because of its neither shocking appearance nor tempting smell. It is said that it was discovered by a farmer by accident. The farmer's surname was Ji and his name was Sheng. Their families had been farming in the Wei River Basin for generations. Due to his unremitting hard work and the cold, he suffered from back and leg pain in his later years, but his family was too poor to afford treatment and he was basically deprived of human capital. The efficacy of mistletoe Step 1 is beneficial for urination. Intravenous injection of 0.5 mg/kg of scutellaria baicalensis glycosides in anesthetized dogs can produce a diuretic effect, and the effect is more obvious when the dosage is increased. In chronic rat experiments, whether taken orally or injected, 34 mg/Kg immediately showed a significant diuretic effect. Although its efficacy is not as strong as that of doxopamine, its toxicity is only 1/4 of that of doxopamine, and its treatment range is very large. Step 2: Blood pressure lowering effect. Although scutellaria baicalensis glycosides have the effect of lowering blood pressure in anesthetized dogs, the effect is short-lived and can easily lead to rapid tolerance. According to preliminary experiments, in the paraffin-embedded guinea pig heart specimens with normal heartbeat and shaking, mistletoe (oral liquid) has the function of vasodilation of the left ventricular coronary artery, and can resist vasopressin, which inhibits and then enhances the contraction of the heart. Step 3 Antiviral therapeutic efficacy. Mistletoe decoction has a significant inhibitory effect on poliovirus infection and other enterovirus infection outside the human body (molded by monkey kidney unilateral squamous epithelial cell tissue). The poliovirus infection is inhibited within one hour of direct contact with the drug, and the effect is even more immediate. Step 4: Replenish deficiency, strengthen tendons and bones, and eliminate rheumatism. Mistletoe can be used to treat symptoms such as poor joints, weak bones and tendons, and pain in the waist and knees caused by insufficient kidney essence, deficiency of both Qi and blood. Step 5: Nourish Qi, blood and fetus. This product can nourish qi, blood and fetal qi, tonify the kidney, strengthen yang and consolidate the fetal essence, and is used to treat qi and blood deficiency and fetal movement disorder. Step 6: Calming effect. Injection of 2g/kg of parasitic tincture of persimmon into the abdomen of mice can inhibit the exercise impulse caused by caffeine and increase the death time of mice caused by pentaethylenetetrazolyl. Step 7: Anticonvulsant. The decoction of mistletoe has a calming effect on mice with exercise excitement caused by caffeine. It can delay the death of mice caused by pentylenetetrazol convulsions. Step 8: Anti-thrombosis. The decoction of mistletoe at 0.1g/ml and the aqueous phase purified by medical ether at 0.13g/ml both had significant anti-thrombotic effects in in vitro tests on rabbit blood. Step 9 is used for rheumatism, pain in the waist and knees, etc. Mistletoe can not only eliminate rheumatism, but also replenish qi, nourish blood, benefit the kidneys, strengthen tendons and bones. Therefore, it can be used to treat rheumatism caused by deficiency of blood and kidney essence, pain, sore waist and weak legs, and weakness of bones and tendons. It is especially suitable for arthralgia caused by insufficient kidney essence. It is often used together with Duhuo, Qinjiao, cinnamon twig, Eucommia ulmoides, and Chuanxiong, such as Duhuo Jishe Decoction. Step 10 is used for fetal bleeding and fetal movement disorder. Mistletoe can replenish deficiency, invigorate qi and nourish blood, so it has the effect of strengthening Chong and Ren meridians and nourishing the fetus. It is often used with donkey-hide gelatin cake, Dipsacus asper, Cuscuta australis, etc., such as Shoutai Pills. Step 11 Other effects. Persimmon parasites had no significant effect on the gastrointestinal function of anesthetized dogs, but could reduce the supporting force of paraffin-sectioned rabbit intestines, but did not affect their regular contraction. It has no effect on the in vitro non-pregnant uterus of rabbits, only a temporary increase in contraction at extremely high concentrations. The median lethal dose of persimmon parasite injected into the abdomen of mice once was 11.24 g/kg. Production of vaccines for clinical use Step 1: 30-50 grams of mistletoe, decocted in water and taken frequently, can treat rheumatism and arthralgia caused by insufficient kidney essence. Step 2: 50 grams of mistletoe, decocted in water and taken orally, can treat high blood pressure. Step 3: Boil mistletoe and dried black plums in water and take it to treat hepatitis B. Step 4: Use mistletoe alone or add it to Ju Rui to treat diabetes. Step 5: Using mistletoe alone or in combination with Poly can stabilize and nourish the fetus. Step 6: 30-50 grams of mistletoe can be added to the prescription to treat tongue disease. Step 7: The secret recipe of mistletoe dialectical treatment can treat arrhythmia. Step 8: Boil 60-120 grams of mistletoe in water and take frequently to treat vertigo. |
