What are the effects of Xiaodaohong wine?

Henna is a very common plant, also known as henna. Many little girls like to crush the henna and use it to dye their nails, which is very beautiful. Xiaodaohong can also promote blood circulation and dredge meridians, reduce swelling and relieve pain, and treat dampness and pain and some women's diseases. There is a folk custom of using Xiaodaohong to soak in wine. It is said that Xiaodaohong soaked in wine has a certain effect on the treatment of rheumatism. Of course, the effects of Xiaodaohong soaked in wine are not limited to these.

1. Xiaodaohong wine for rheumatism treatment

Arthritis is a disease that occurs in the joints. Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the types of arthritis, which often occurs in large joints of the human body such as the elbows and knees. A characteristic of rheumatoid arthritis is that it is multiple and migratory, usually affecting several joints at the same time, with repeated attacks one after another, causing great suffering to many people. Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis not only causes soreness, numbness, and difficulty in bending and stretching the joints and muscles, but in severe cases the pain can be so severe that it is difficult to get out of bed and walk.

Since rheumatoid arthritis causes pain due to blockage of qi and blood in the meridians, to relieve the pain you must of course remove the evil qi in the meridians and unblock qi and blood. The herb Impatiens balsamina can invigorate blood circulation and regulate menstruation, treating amenorrhea and abdominal pain. At the same time, Impatiens balsamina can dispel wind and relieve pain, so doctors have used it to treat rheumatic joint pain since ancient times.

2. Xiaodaohong Recipe

Here I would like to recommend a simple method to everyone, which is to soak red wine with Xiaodaohong.

Take 300 grams of fresh whole herb of Ophiopogon japonicus, wash it in clean water, then soak it in 500 ml of white wine, and take it after three days. Drink 10 to 15 grams each time, twice a day, to eliminate rheumatism and promote blood circulation.

Red knife scattered:

Take 100 grams of fresh red scutellaria, wash and dry in the shade, grind into powder, and take with warm wine. Take 10 grams each time, twice a day. Its effects are to disperse blood stasis, promote blood circulation and eliminate rheumatism. It is suitable for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. It can also relieve low back pain caused by accumulated blood stasis.

3. Note:

Red and white are the best colors for the medicinal use of Xiaodaohong. In terms of efficacy, safflower is more effective in regulating menstruation and stopping bleeding, while white flower is more effective in dispelling wind and relieving pain, and is a good medicine for treating rheumatoid arthritis.

Although there are methods to treat rheumatic joint pain, the key still lies in the patient's care. While avoiding wind, cold, dampness and heat from invading the body, drinking a small cup of Impatiens wine from time to time will soon drive away the pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis.
