Dosage of Tiepi Fengdou The daily dosage of Radix Notoginseng is 6-15g of decoction, and the dosage of fresh product should be doubled; or it can be made into pills, powder; or boiled into a paste. Stewed Partridge with American Ginseng, Iron-skinned Maple 10g each of American ginseng and officinal maple (available at Chinese medicine stores), 1 partridge, 200g of pork, and 3 slices of ginger. You can ask the seller to slaughter the partridge and blanch it for later use; wash each ingredient separately, put them into a stewing pot with ginger, add 1250 ml (5 bowls) of cold boiled water, cover and stew for 3 hours. Add salt before drinking. 3. Stewed Pork with Iron-skin Maple, Poria cocos, and Red Ginseng 25 grams of Officinalis japonica, 20 grams of Poria cocos, 10 grams of red ginseng (all available at Chinese medicine stores), 400 grams of lean pork, and 3 slices of ginger. Wash all ingredients separately, soak the medicinal materials for a while; chop the lean pork. Put them together with ginger into a stewing pot, add 1250 ml (5 bowls) of cold boiled water, cover and stew for 3 hours. Add appropriate amount of salt when drinking. |
