How to eat Astragalus and precautions

4. Wine soaking method. This method is suitable for friends who drink alcohol. Take appropriate amount of Astragalus and white wine, put them into a wine soaking container, add appropriate amount of white wine to soak and then it can be eaten. Remember not to drink too much at one time.

2. Precautions for consumption of Astragalus

1. Astragalus is sweet and warm in nature, and is suitable for patients with qi deficiency and weak yang. If there is internal accumulation of dampness and toxins, strong external evil, stagnant Qi, stagnation of phlegm and food, initial onset of sores, swelling and toxins, and other solid symptoms, it is not suitable to eat Astragalus.

2. Astragalus is more suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach and poor appetite. It is not suitable for people with poor appetite due to food accumulation caused by eating too much.

3. Astragalus contains a lot of sugars and starches, so it is necessary to pay attention to moisture-proof, mildew-proof and moth-proof, and store it in a cool and dry place.

4. Pay attention to the different uses of raw astragalus and roasted astragalus. Raw Astragalus is mostly used to support sores, consolidate the exterior, and promote diuresis; roasted Astragalus is mostly used to invigorate Qi and tonify the middle.
