"Internet celebrities in the field of traditional Chinese medicine" - the three musketeers of detoxification

Today I will talk to you about the "Chinese medicine circle". There has been a bloody storm in the circle recently, and intrigues are staged again. Following the last beauty - Polygonatum odoratum, and the strength - Gardenia jasmine, we once again welcome the "Internet celebrity in the Chinese medicine circle" - the Three Musketeers of Detoxification!

They are crying and shouting for their debut! The editor is also tired! They also claim to be three clean streams in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, haha! It’s the editor!

Green pines and bamboos reflect the setting sun, wild chrysanthemums are in bloom but few visitors come.

Wild chrysanthemum tastes bitter and spicy and is slightly cold in nature. It enters the liver and heart meridians. In Ming Dynasty, Ni Zhumo's "Compendium of Materia Medica" records that wild chrysanthemum "breaks blood and soothes the liver, resolves carbuncle and disperses poison. It can treat women's abdominal blood stagnation, and resolve fire poison and carbuncle. It can wash sores and scabies, and can also remove wind and kill insects."

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that wild chrysanthemum has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying, and it is often used to treat sore throat, carbuncle, furuncle, eczema, etc.

If eczema appears on the skin, you can take the decoction of wild chrysanthemum internally and use it for external washing. You can prepare 20 grams of dried wild chrysanthemum.

Add appropriate amount of water and boil. Filter the residue and take water.

For external washing, once a day, one course of treatment is seven days.

Sore throat. 10 grams of dried wild chrysanthemum can be used.

Add appropriate amount of water and boil.

After it cools down, put it into a spray bottle and spray it on your throat to relieve sore throat.

For carbuncles, furuncles, and sore throat, you can also prepare 6 grams of wild chrysanthemum, 15 grams of honeysuckle, 6 grams of dandelion, 6 grams of Viola yedoensis, and 6 grams of Glechoma longituba seeds.

Boil in clear water. Take orally in two doses, one course of treatment is three days.

Notice

People who easily suffer from stomachache and discomfort after eating cold food (cold spleen and stomach) should not take wild chrysanthemum frequently.

The ground is covered with hollow grass and purple dandelions are everywhere in the suburbs.

Moneywort, also known as Houttuynia cordata and Glechoma longituba, is the dried whole herb of Houttuynia cordata of the Primulaceae family.

Centella asiatica tastes sweet and salty and is slightly cold in nature. It enters the liver, gallbladder, kidney and bladder meridians.

Snake bite. You can prepare 100 grams of fresh Centella asiatica.

After washing, mash it and apply it to the area bitten by the venomous snake. Wrap with gauze and secure.

Moneywort can be found everywhere in the wild, and its appearance is relatively easy to identify. If you are really bitten by a poisonous snake in the wild, you can try using it as an emergency measure.

Notice

Goldsmiths is a diuretic. If it causes dizziness, rapid heartbeat, etc. after taking it, be sure to stop taking it. Goldsmiths is a herb with a cold nature, so people with weak spleen and stomach should not take it. When applying Centella asiatica externally, if allergic reactions such as skin redness or rash occur, stop applying it immediately.

The medicine official of Lei Wang has a brocade crotch, and the wild vines and trees are covered with honeysuckle.

Honeysuckle is also called double flower, two flower, honeysuckle flower, etc. In "Bencao Zheng" written by Zhang Jiebin, a famous doctor in the Ming Dynasty, it is recorded: "Honeysuckle is good at detoxifying, so it is an important medicine for treating carbuncle, swelling, sore, ringworm, bayberry, rheumatism and other poisons."

Honeysuckle can treat carbuncles, furuncles, heat toxicity and bloody diarrhea, exogenous wind-heat, and the early stages of febrile diseases.

Honeysuckle is cold in nature and can easily damage the stomach. Carbuncles and furuncles can be treated with honeysuckle porridge. Take 30 grams of honeysuckle, 100 grams of rice, and an appropriate amount of white sugar.

Cook the rice into rice porridge. When the porridge is almost cooked, add the washed honeysuckle into it.

After boiling, add some sugar according to your taste.

Notice

If you usually have stomachache after eating cold food or after catching a cold, remember not to take honeysuckle; if carbuncles and boils do not heal for a long time, you must go to the hospital to consult a doctor and get the right medicine.
