Steamed Polygonum multiflorum: Take clean Polygonum multiflorum slices or pieces, mix with black bean juice, wait for it to be absorbed, put it in a steamer, heat it. Steam for 4 hours (starting from the time when steam comes out), simmer for a while, and when it turns brown, take it out and dry it.

Stewed Polygonum multiflorum: Take clean Polygonum multiflorum pieces, mix them with black bean juice, moisten them thoroughly, put them in a non-iron steaming container, seal them, heat them in water, and when the black bean juice in the stewing pot is absorbed and turns dark brown, take them out and dry them.

Preparation of black bean juice: Take 10kg of black beans, add appropriate amount of water, cook for about 4 hours, boil about 15kg of juice, add water to the black bean dregs, cook for about 3 hours, boil about 10kg of juice, combine the two boiled black bean juices, a total of about 25kg for standby
