The white swallows (official swallows) produced by house nests are ivory white in color, not very white (official swallows that are very white must have been cleaned with chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide); the cup shape is very thin, and there are large and small gaps after removing feather impurities, the bird's sac is also small, and the swallow's feet are trimmed very small. This kind of bird's nest is of high quality. It has an egg white fragrance when stewed and a glutinous and smooth texture.

If consumers find some residual feathers inside the bird's nest after washing and soaking it, it basically means that the bird's nest was not cleaned with hydrogen peroxide.
