Composition: 1 liter (12g) of Pinellia ternata, 3 liang (9g) of Magnolia officinalis, 4 liang (12g) of Coix seeds, 2 liang (6g) of Perilla leaves, 5 liang (15g) of ginger slices. Usage: Decoction in water. Take the above five ingredients, add seven liters of water, boil and take four liters. Divide into four doses, three times a day and once at night.

Banxia Houpu Decoction

The pungent taste can regulate Qi and eliminate stagnation, while the bitter taste can transform dampness and reduce adverse effects. This can help to relieve depressed Qi and transform phlegm, thus eliminating the plum pit-like qi caused by stagnant phlegm and Qi.

Taboo: Polyurea is pungent, warm, bitter and dry, and is only suitable for people with phlegm and qi accumulation but no fever. If the forehead is red, the mouth is bitter and smelly, and the tongue is red with little coating, it belongs to the Qi stagnation turning into fire, the Yin is damaged and the body fluid is insufficient. Although it has the characteristics of plum pit Qi, it is not suitable to use my prescription.
