[Original form] Hairy-stalked Jade Phoenix, perennial herb, 25-50cm tall. The tuber is oblong or cylindrical and fleshy. The leaves are densely grown below the middle of the stem, 4-6 in number; the leaf blades are 8-15cm long and 2.5-4cm wide. The raceme is 5-20cm long, with 6-10 flowers sparsely; the scape has long soft hairs, with stellate hairs at the tip; the flowers are light green, about 1cm in diameter; the bracts are ovate and ciliate; the middle sepals are ovate, cucullate, about 7mm long and 6mm wide; the lateral sepals are ovate, slightly oblique, and reflexed; the petals are undivided, triangular, about 6mm long and 1mm wide, with tails at the vermilion end; the lip is 3-lobed, the lobes are linear and filiform, the middle lobe is shorter than the lateral lobes and is recurved; the spur is pendulous, rod-shaped, curved forward, the same length as the ovary, about 2cm long; the stigma is 2-lobed, with straight and parallel protrusions; the ovary is beaked, the tip is obviously curved, and is covered with solitary stellate hairs.
