Prepare a focused trade-show visit
Use the organizer’s current dates, venue and exhibitor directory. Ask the company to confirm booth, representative and meeting time. Bring a short specification brief and record follow-up actions after each meeting. An exhibition page or photo is not proof that a company will attend this edition. Reconfirm travel and access arrangements before committing.
Prepare a useful inquiry
State the intended use, required specification, destination market, order quantity and target date. Separate mandatory requirements from preferences. Request a written quotation and sample process. Keep identity, inspection and payment checks separate from browsing the catalog.
Check the entity, not just the storefront
Record the exact contracting company name, website and beneficiary details. Ask how the representative is connected to that entity. Compare documents through independent channels and keep a dated copy. A marketplace page, logo or approved profile manager does not prove manufacturing ownership or product compliance. If names or payment instructions change, pause and verify through a previously established contact.
