It is predicted that from 14:00 on January 27 to 14:00 on January 28, parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, central and eastern Liaoning, southern and eastern Jilin, and northern Shandong Peninsula will have heavy to severe snow, with local heavy snow (20-25 mm); the new snow depth in the above-mentioned areas will be 5-15 cm, and may reach more than 15 cm in some local areas.

It is predicted that from 08:00 on January 27 to 08:00 on January 28, parts of Tibet, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, western and southern Liaoning, most areas of Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, most areas of Shandong, eastern Jiangsu, Shanghai, coastal areas of Zhejiang, coastal areas of Fujian, coastal areas of Guangdong and other places will have northerly winds of about Level 5, with gusts of 7-9. There will be strong winds of 7-8, with gusts of 9-10 in Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, Yellow Sea, East China Sea, Taiwan Strait, the sea east of Taiwan, Bashi Strait, most areas of the South China Sea, and Beibu Gulf. Among them, the wind force in some areas of the Yellow Sea may reach Level 9, with gusts of 10-11.
