China's Antarctic Qinling Station opens! Do you know about China's Antarctic Scientific Research Station?

China's Qinling Antarctic Station is located on Henksburg Island in the Ross Sea and is my country's fifth research station in Antarctica.

The main design concept of the new station is based on the Southern Cross navigation used by Zheng He during his voyages to the West. The building area is 5,244 square meters and can accommodate 80 summer expedition personnel and 30 winter expedition personnel. The Qinling Station uses lightweight and high-strength construction technology and materials to withstand ultra-low temperatures of minus 60 degrees Celsius and strong corrosion in the coastal environment.
