Tmall: A total of 402 brands will have sales exceeding 100 million yuan on Double 11 in 2023

Tmall Double 11 2023 ended. Official data showed that as of midnight on November 11, a total of 402 brands had sales exceeding 100 million , of which 243 were domestic brands , and 38,000 brands had sales growth of more than 100% year-on-year. Tmall said that this year consumers have shown greater enthusiasm for Tmall Double 11, with the cumulative number of users visiting the entire cycle exceeding 800 million, setting a historical peak. In addition, the scale of 88vip users exceeded 32 million, setting a new historical high , and sales increased by double digits year-on-year.

It is reported that compared with previous years, this year's Tmall Double 11 emphasized price power more clearly. On the basis of cross-store discounts, it launched official instant discounts and everyday low prices on a large scale for the first time. 80 million products achieved the lowest prices of the year. It is estimated that the entire Double 11 cycle will save consumers more than 95 billion yuan.

Price power has brought about a significant increase in the scale of purchasing users. In the third-tier and lower-tier markets alone, Tmall Double 11 this year added over 20 million new purchasing users and received over 140 million new orders .

On this year's Double 11, the entire iPhone product line reached the lowest price on the entire network with a 10 billion yuan subsidy on Taobao. The 10 billion yuan subsidy exploded exponentially. On November 11, the transaction volume increased by 699% year-on-year, and the number of purchasing users increased by 386% year-on-year.

Price power has also driven a significant expansion of the business scale of merchants. As of midnight on November 11, the two new price power shelves had over 210 million orders for "official instant discounts" and nearly 90 million orders for "everyday low prices".
