Tom's Hareware: The average price reduction of new cards in the US market from June 1 to 15, 2022 is 2%

In recent months, graphics card prices around the world have been falling, and generally have returned to around the original price. Tom's Hareware today counted the price trends of graphics cards in the US market, including both new cards and second-hand cards.

The prices of the new cards come from retail market statistics. From June 1st to 15th, the average price reduction was 2%. Among them, RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3070 both dropped by 7%. The newly released RTX 3080 12GB increased by 9% due to shortages, and it was the only one that went against the market trend.

Some N cards and most A cards are already lower than their original prices.

The second-hand prices come from eBay, and have dropped by an average of 10% in half a month. The RTX 3070 and RX 6950 XT have dropped by about 20%, but the RX 6750 XT and RX 6400 are much more expensive.

Interestingly, similar to China, there are also many "miners" in the United States who are selling mining cards in packages. For example , someone sells six RTX 3080s for US$2,500, which means an average of only RMB 2,800 per piece.
