The rest plan to: 1. 34% start their shopping spree on Black Friday; 2. 18% will buy online in early December; 66% will buy online; 3. 11% do not buy online; 4. 23% have not decided yet compared to 2010; 5. 37% plan to spend more; 6. 49% spend the same; 7. 13% budget less than last year The categories people buy include: 1. Electronic products (75%), toys (67%), and clothes (66%) 2. 61% of people research the best gifts on social networks 3. 72% on Facebook, 13% on YouTube, and 7% on Twitter 4. People plan to shop on Black Friday (69%). Overall, 49% will buy in-store and 43% will buy online. |
