Flowers are small, unisexual, dioecious; both male and female plants have single umbels, axillary; male inflorescence peduncle is nearly as long as petiole, thin and straight, without bracteoles at the top, 4-8 cymes, clustered at the end of peduncle, each cyme has 3-7 flowers, with pedicels; male flowers: 6 sepals, green, arranged in 2 whorls, ovate or ovate, apex caudate acuminate, 1.7-2mm long, of which the caudate part is 0.6-0.9mm long; 3 petals, light yellow, shell-shaped, 0.6-0.7mm long, 1-1.2mm wide, slightly fleshy; polyanthemum stamens are nearly as long as petals; female flowers: infructescence is axillary, peduncle is 8-9cm long.
