[Clinical application] Treatment of intestinal obstruction: Use 1 to 5 liang (10 liang system) of rapeseed oil according to age, take it once or twice. For those who cannot take it orally, inject it through a gastric tube. At the same time, necessary auxiliary therapies should be used, such as fluid replacement, blood transfusion, correction of acidosis, anti-shock, and application of antibiotics. Generally, intestinal rumbling increases 3 to 4 hours after taking the medicine, and some people temporarily experience worsening abdominal pain, but the pain and bloating disappear immediately afterwards; the patient will have a bowel movement in about 8 hours and the symptoms will disappear. 35 cases were treated, 26 were cured and 9 were ineffective. This drug is more effective for ascaris and food-induced intestinal obstruction, but less effective for torsion intussusception intestinal obstruction.
