【Properties】 1. Identification of properties (1) The tuber of Corydalis humilis is irregularly spherical or oblong, with a diameter of 5-10 mm. The surface is yellow-brown with a slightly wrinkled reticular texture; the outer skin that has not fallen off is brown and wrinkled; the bottom is slightly concave with root marks, and the upper part has stem marks. It is hard and has a yellow-green cross section. It has a faint smell and a bitter taste.

[Chemical composition] The tubers of Corydalis yanhusuo contain bioalkalis such as corydaline, protopine, glaucine, and palmiltine. The tubers of Corydalis yanhusuo contain bulbocapnine, isocorydine, protopine, allocryptopine, cryptopine, corydaline, te-trahydropalmatine, dihydrochelervthrine, dihydrosanguinarine, oxosanguinarine, sanguinarine, chelerythrine, berberine, palmaiine and other bioalkaloids. The above-ground parts contain corledine. It is also reported that p-leaf Corydalis also contains ledeborine, ledeboridine, racemic raddeanine, ledecorine, p-leaf Corydalis alkaloids, lederine, cavidine and dextrorotatory tetrahydro-corysamine.

【Identification】 Physical and chemical identification thin layer chromatography: Take about 1.0g of this product, extract with methanol reflux for 2 hours, recover methanol, and then use methanol to make the volume into 1ml as the spot solution, use corydaline methanol solution (1mg/ml) and protopine methanol solution (1mg/ml) as the reference solution, on the same silica gel G-CMC thin layer plate, spot 3μl of sample solution and reference solution respectively, use n-hexane-chloroform-methanol-diethylamine (5:3:0.5:1 day) as the developing agent, develop 15cm, take out, dry, spray with modified bismuth potassium iodide test solution, the sample chromatogram should show the same orange-red spot at the corresponding position of the protopine reference substance, while there should be no spots of the same color at the corresponding position of the corydalis reference substance. Take another silica gel G-CMC thin layer plate, spot 3μl of sample solution and 3μl of dehydrogenated corydaline methanol solution (1mg/ml) as control, develop 10cm with chloroform-methanol (5:1) (ammonia saturated), take out, dry, spray with modified bismuth potassium iodide test solution, the sample liquid chromatogram should show spots of the same color at the corresponding position of the reference chromatogram.
