[Original form] Golden bell flower evergreen shrub, up to 1m tall. Leaves are alternate; petioles are 3-5cm long and glabrous; stipules are subulate, about 8mm long, and often fall off early; leaves are palmately 3-5 deeply lobed, 5-8cm in diameter, lobes are ovate-acuminate, apex long acuminate, margins are serrated or coarsely toothed, glabrous on both sides or only sparsely covered with stellate soft hairs on the underside. Flowers are solitary in leaf axils, with pedicels drooping, 7-10cm long and glabrous; calyx is bell-shaped, about 2cm long, with 5 lobes, ovate-lanceolate, deeply divided to 3/4 of the calyx length, densely covered with brown stellate short soft hairs; flowers are bell-shaped, orange-yellow with purple stripes, 3-5cm long, about 3cm in diameter, with 5 petals, obovate, sparsely covered with soft hairs on the outside; stamen column is about 3.5cm long, anthers are brown-yellow, numerous, and clustered at the end of the column; ovary is obtuse and hairy, style has 10 branches, purple, stigma capitate, protruding from the tip of the stamen column. Flowering period is from May to October.

[Habitat distribution] It is cultivated in major cities in Liaoning, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Taiwan, Hubei, Guangxi, Yunnan and other places in my country for garden viewing. It is native to Brazil, Uruguay and other places in South America.
