[Source] It is the whole herb of Pseudocercidiphyllum macrocarpon, a plant of the Polypodiaceae family.

[Original morphology] The plant height is 15 to 45 cm. The rhizomes are long, horizontal, and densely covered with lanceolate scales. Leaves are distal; petiole 5-20 cm long, straw color; leaf blade is nearly leathery, lanceolate or oblong-lanceolate, 10-25 cm long, 2.5-4 cm wide, acuminate at apex, broadly cuneate or rounded cuneate at base, cartilaginous margin, ± wavy, without notch. Lateral veins distinct on both sides. The sori are large, rounded and close to the main vein.

[Habitat distribution] Growing on rocks or tree trunks in shady and moist valleys. Distributed in southwest my country, Guangxi, Anhui, Tibet and other places.
