Usage and Dosage of Earth Dragon

Earthworms are a very common medicinal material. At the beginning, they were just a food ingredient, but after a series of processing, they can be used as Chinese medicinal materials. They can be widely used in treatments. Sometimes earthworms particularly like to be put together with alcohol, talcum powder, etc. The nutrients released when these substances are put together are greater.

5-15g; fresh product 10-20g. Grind into powder and swallow, 1-2g each time. For external use, apply in appropriate amount.

1. Talc frying method: Place the talcum powder in a pan and heat it until it becomes flexible. Add the earthworm segments and stir continuously to make them swell. Sieve out the talcum powder.

2. Wine roasting method: Take the earthworm segments and mix them with rice wine, simmer for a while, put them in a pot and stir-fry over low heat until slightly dry, take them out and let them cool (use 18kg of rice wine for every 100kg of earthworm).

3. Stir-frying sand with wine: Take earthworm segments, mix them with wine, and simmer for a while. Put sand in a hot pan and fry until smooth. Add raw earthworms and keep frying until the surface turns brown and slightly bulges. Take out, sieve out the sand, and spread to cool.

4. Stir-frying method of honey bran: Spray the earthworm segments with wine (100:15) and let it simmer for 1 hour. Put the honey bran in a pan and fry until slightly smoked. Then put the earthworms in and stir-fry together, turning the mixture over and over again. When the surface of the earthworms turns brown, take them out and quickly pour them into a container. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Sieve out the bran and let them cool.

At the same time, we tried to use an electric thermostatic oven for preparation. We took the earthworm segments and mixed them with old rice vinegar (1:0.2), and let them soak for 1 hour. After the vinegar was absorbed, spread them flat on an enamel plate with a thickness of about 3 cm. Place them in an electric thermostatic oven and bake at 100°C for 2 hours, turning them over once in the middle. When the surface of the earthworm turns brown, take them out and let them cool. [2]

The above methods work

1. Succinic acid is the effective ingredient of earthworms for relieving cough and asthma, and it is soluble in water. Therefore, it should not be soaked directly in water when making water, but only quickly washed. Talcum powder has a fine texture and conducts heat slowly. It is easy to adhere to the surface of earthworms after frying. Whether the two medicines have a synergistic effect is worth discussing. The wine-roasted earthworms are directly fried in the pan, and burnt spots are very likely to appear on the surface. The succinic acid it contains is not resistant to high temperatures, and direct frying affects the efficacy. A harmful gas is produced during the frying process, which affects the health of the preparation personnel.

2. The finished product of earthworms made by stewing them with honey bran and soaking them in wine has better color, aroma and taste. Wine has the effects of invigorating blood circulation, unblocking meridians, and correcting odor and fishy smell; wheat bran can harmonize the stomach and benefit the spleen; and honey has the effect of harmonizing hundreds of medicines. Therefore, when making earthworms with honey bran wine, on the one hand, it can correct the taste and remove the odor without hurting the spleen and stomach, and on the other hand, it can avoid the loss of effective ingredients in the earthworms due to high-temperature processing.
